Lina Luu - Trustee
First generation Vietnamese/Chinese American. Making coffee and slinging beers in Edmonds while working on setting up a small violin repair shop. Favorite Ethnic Food: My mom says I’m of the “noodle religion”; I love any and all kinds of noodles, especially of all Asian countries.

Steven Ono - Trustee
Edmonds resident, but is originally from Kahalu’u, O’ahu, Hawai’i. He is a fourth generation Japanese American who wanted to make sure that authentic Hawai’ian poke was represented here on the mainland. Favorite Ethnic Food: He can eat noodles all day any day.

Fourth generation Japanese American and Ukrainian Canadian/American. Grew up in Southern California, happy to have been able to raise my kids in Edmonds for the past dozen years and be active in our growing community. Favorites Ethnic Foods: are japchae, pad see ew and all the tofu except the stinky kind.
