    Dina Soy-Olson - Vice President

    First generation immigrant from Cambodia living in unincorporated Edmonds now, and working as a flight attendant for Alaska Airlines. Favorite Ethnic Food: I could eat dim sum everyday.

    Dad Chinese immigrant, mom 5th generation Los Angeles. Landed in Edmonds after 8 years in S. America, working for the State Dept. Now all the volunteering and side hustles. Favorite Ethnic Food: dim sum and sushi.

    Nikki Glaros - Secretary

    Fourth generation Japanese American and Ukrainian Canadian/American. Grew up in Southern California, happy to have been able to raise my kids in Edmonds for the past dozen years and be active in our growing community. Favorites Ethnic Foods: are japchae, pad see ew and all the tofu except the stinky kind.

    First generation Vietnamese/Chinese American. Making coffee and slinging beers in Edmonds while working on setting up a small violin repair shop. Favorite Ethnic Food: My mom says I’m of the “noodle religion”; I love any and all kinds of noodles, especially of all Asian countries.

    First generation Chinese American from San Jose, CA with family roots in Taiwan. Currently own and operate Feedme Hospitality and live in Edmonds. Favorite Ethnic Food: HOT POT in every form.

    Edmonds resident, but is originally from Kahalu’u, O’ahu, Hawai’i. He is a fourth generation Japanese American who wanted to make sure that authentic Hawai’ian poke was represented here on the mainland. Favorite Ethnic Food: He can eat noodles all day any day.
